Got a New Refrigerator and I don't think its getting cold enough. Appliances

Hello! My sister gave us her Whirlpool refrigerator last night. We moved it in and set it up and its getting cold, but not cold enough.

The model number is WRF989SDAH00 We plugged it in last night around 8pm, so it hasn't been quite 24 hours, but I just feel like it should be colder by now?

The freezer is on the bottom, and the ice is in the fridge door. Its been making ice this afternoon, but the ice seems wet. Help? Am I just not giving it enough time?
