Low Water Pressure To Refrigerator HomeImprovement

Hello!

I recently (http://ift.tt/2lQHywk) replaced the supply line going from the sink to my refrigerator. I removed the saddle valve that was there and discovered there was only a tiny pin hole, so thought I was on the right track. I have about 15' of 1/4" line going from the sink supply to the refrigerator.

I used this kit to do the upgrade: http://ift.tt/2lUrJCT

My hypothesis at the time was that the saddle valve and its tiny pinhole was restricting water flow to the refrigerator and causing low water pressure to it, but after all of these upgrades that's been proven not to be the case.

When I open the valve to the supply line to the refrigerator, a mediocre at best stream of water comes out. The connection terminates to the refrigerator with this: http://ift.tt/2lagXLx

I have what I would consider to be good water pressure in the rest of my house. I haven't actually measured it, but water flow coming out of the bath tubs and sinks is great. The sink fed by the same 1/2" supply line as the refrigerator supply line has a jet/spray switch that's extremely strong when it's turned on.

I put the line in a bucket, opened the valve and expected the flow of water coming out of the line to be like what I see from the sink when I turn on the spray nozzle thing, but it's nowhere near that. For some reason the water pressure is dropping off significantly on the way to where the line would connect to the refrigerator. Do you folks have any thoughts?
