Write a reviewSave RecipePrint Prep Time10 min Cook Time10 min Total Time20 min Ingredients 500 grm cleaned and deveined Prawns 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste/crushed 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Black pepper crushed 2 stem Curry leaves 2 tbsp Curd 1 medium sized, sliced thin Onion Salt astaste 2 tbsp Oil Instructions Rinse the cleaned and deveined prawns and drain it entirely. Add red chili, turmeric, crushed black pepper, kashmiri red chili powder, coriander, curry leaves, curd, salt and ginger garlic. Mix the entire mixture fine so that prawns gets coated well with masala flavor. Stay it in refrigerator for 10 minutes for marinating. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in the non stick pan or tava. Fry the marinated prawns in low flame (Stir and fry over medium heat) Fry prawns for about 8 mins. Serve hot prawns fry with chill coke or any side dish. Notes fry in low flame. stir in between while frying.
