I'm just trying to figure out if this is common...
Our wedding is set for September 4th. We booked our caterer / rental company months ago. However, last week we received and updated invoice from the rental company. The caterer had been in touch with them...
They added a "Holding Cabinet" (a kind of refrigerator) and a convection oven.
These rentals added up to $500.
This amount was not included on the catering quote.
I assumed what we were paying for the catering also included COOKING and HEATING the food.
Or am I crazy?
