Due to my lack of a refrigerator, and sometimes the inconvenience of carrying eggs around with me (due to risk of cracking them), I have to "binge-eat" eggs (usually over a 2-day period).
My question is, will I still take in a lot of nutrition from the eggs if I eat them only two days per week, but in six-egg lots? Or will the nutrition be wasted, due to my body not being used to eating that many eggs for the majority of the week (5 days)?
