We have a refrigerator that has cooling problems. The fridge and the freezer weren't cooling. We called sears and they had a technician come. He said they needed to replace some parts. He replaced them and after 2 days the fridge was cooling but the freezer wasn't. He comes back the next week and replaces the part in the freezer. Yet it still isn't freezing. The repair costs $500. Are we entitled to a refund? What can we do? The repair man told us to buy a new fridge.
