We are looking for a quiet tenant for a pet-friendly studio in Victorian triplex on a quiet street. The other 2 units are occupied by people who are clean, friendly, quiet and respectful -- and we are looking for the same. We are all super friendly, quiet & easy going. If you are looking for the same in a building, you may have found it. There are two professionals upstairs and a single mom & toddler across the hall. If you need to party all night or blast music, this is NOT the spot for you. We have quiet hours from 10PM-8AM every day, that just means turn your stuff down, don't slam doors, and be cool. The upstairs tenants do not wear shoes in the house.

Approximately 350 SF, not including bathroom. It is on the first floor of the house, but is up off the street above the garage/basement and faces the street. It has painted hard wood floors, high ceiling, huge bay window and gets lots of light, and it's overall slightly on the funky/victorian side. It includes a full bath with new tile on the floor, a separate shower and separate unique little mini-tub. It has one small built-in book shelf and 2 closet areas. The kitchen area has a full size electric stove & full size refrigerator. Gas Heat. Street Parking, and I'm going to be honest, parking is tight on this street late at night and during the weekday. This place is perfect for a walker as we are close to BART & BUS, Grocery Stores, etc. No laundry on site. Landlord pays water/garbage. PGE is split between the units based on square footage and usually runs $30-$60 for the studio, depending on the season. We do not prorate if you go on vacation, etc. Tenant pays Cable/Internet/Phone. The place is Comcast ready but you are welcome to get whatever internet you want.
