Due to space restrictions I've been looking for a fermentation chamber option that is small and ideally front opening. My options are basically either a 5cu ft chest freezer (not ideal) or a keg fridge similar to this:
Does anyone have experience using a keg fridge for fermentation temp control? I know that ale temps won't be an issue but I want to make sure that it can get to and maintain lager temps without killing it.
Any advice, good or bad is appreciated.
