[TOMT] [TV show] Nickelodeon kids show late 80s early 90s with a robot dog made out of toaster and other kitchen parts tipofmytongue

The show has an adult male with two white kids (one boy and one girl) and one black kid who is a boy. They have a refrigerator with graffiti on it. I have tried everything!
