Should/How should I send this Facebook message/post to my ex-roommate(s) to secure a $150 deposit, or should I just let this go, given the situation described? Advice

The following names have been changed for the sake of anonymity:

Dear Stephanie,

I wanted to let you know that I still keep the coffee cup and thermos you and Jeremy gave me for my birthday. I use them every day, and I appreciate the generosity they represent. It was my pleasure to give you and Jeremy both birthday presents earlier this year. It was a delight for me to live with two people my age who I could speak with about anything. Hearing your stories from work and expressing my empathy toward whichever situation you might have been in any given day was something I felt sincerely. It was also fun discussing philosophy and science with Jeremy, and the two of us talked for hours about ideas big and small. You are both highly intelligent, caring individuals. This is why it was so upsetting to me to be suddenly “unfriended" by Jeremy (while he remains friends with my ex-boyfriend Ryan) and ignored completely by you. I could stomach the passive-agressive notes on the refrigerator. I tried my best to conform my behavior to your lifestyles, as any good roommate should. Yet the last interaction I had with Jeremy was a text in which he asked me, "Did you take our spoons?” I first thought he was making a joke, but I gradually recognized that he actually thought I would run off with my roommates’ silverware. I understand you had a difficult roommate situation before me, but I am not Rebecca or Alex. I consider myself a thoughtful human being who deserves some explanation as to why I’m being ignored and why you promised me a portion of the end-of-lease security deposit if you had no intention of following through. Do you understand how it must feel to be left in the dark about all this? To be ignored for almost two weeks? I reiterate that I did enjoy being your roommate. All I ask for is an explanation for what led us to this situation.

I wish you the best.
