GE Refrigerator model TFS25PPBGBS
I'm pretty sure my refrigerator's thermostat is bad. The problem is intermittent. Sometimes it won't cycle on until I manually turn the control knob to off and then back to the normal setting. The problem is the thermostat part is no longer available. Two main questions: can it be fixed and if so, how, or if not, can I buy a thermostat for a different refrigerator and replace it with that? So pissed the part isn't available any longer. It's not that old.
Any advice is appreciated.
