Hi everyone. I work in New Orleans at a job which requires me to be outside all day. I don't have access to a refrigerator (and it gets really, really hot out here) or a microwave/toaster/oven. I'm really sick of spending a ton of money on expensive food everyday but am at a bit of a loss as to what I can bring with me that will hold up despite the heat.
Does anyone have any recipes or meal ideas that could last in these conditions?
