We are two WMU graduate students looking for a third housemate for a 3 bedroom house. House is newly remodeled and includes hardwood floors, covered porch, washer and dryer, dishwasher, self cleaning oven, over oven microwave, in door ice/water refrigerator, and plenty of off street parking. There will be one medium-sized dog who will mostly be kept in one bedroom when her owner isn't home. The lease begins on August 16th. Rent is $350/month not including utilities.
