So I'm planning to make Japanese curry soon but the problem is is that I'm obviously gonna be making too much for me and my roomate to finish in one night. So can I store the curry in the fridge? If so, how long can it last?
Note: The ingredients of the curry is going to be basic; only potatoes, carrots, and onions.
