I'm in college and I'm trying to eat low calorie and meal prep for while I'm at school. I'm at school on one day for a little over 11 hours so I obviously need to bring a good amount of food that can stay okay in my backpack since I don't have a refrigerator. I also don't have a microwave. The snacks I've been bringing are: Low calorie popcorn- 5 cups 110 calories Edamame- 1/2 cup 100 calories Turkey meat- 2 oz 50 calories Low fat mozzarella cheese stick- 50 calories Banana- 100 calories Geek yogurt- 80 calories Atkins protein- 170 calories
I need more suggestions as I'm getting bored of the same thing. Help please!
