Basically the post title. Brand new refrigerator with a pull out freezer on the bottom. When i pull open the freezer it makes a snapping sound and I don't know if that's normal or not.
The sound comes from the right side and sounds like plastic slapping against something. I cannot for the life of me see what's causing it -- looked under, inside, etc. it happens early in the opening so there's little visibility inside the freezer by the time i hear the sound.
