If the temperature in a refrigerator temporarily rises above 0 degrees celcius (or whatever the equivalent freezing point is in farhrahearhaanheit), does the spoil amount reset when it goes back to freezing? RimWorld

If i have a refrigerator that is powered via solar panels, and an eclipse happens which disrupts the power, then the items inside defrost, then are frozen again once the eclipse ends, does the food/meat inside the refrigerator have a certain amount of permanent deterioration?
