ELI5: Why should you not wrap meat in foil and then put it back the the refrigerator? explainlikeimfive

I was watching one of those cooking videos on FB and saw comments from people saying not to wrap the meat in foil and put it in the refrigerator. Please explain to me why. Thanks.
