I have baked this cheesecake successfully for years but always used an electric oven. Now I have a gas oven and center comes out too soft including the graham cracker crust. I do put crust in refrigerator to set before putting the filling in right before baking. it is to bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. The top does come out a little browned. Any suggestions?
