I have approximately 5 million pickling cucumbers so, in addition to the usual pickles, I want to try to make cornichons with the little ones. I'm getting very contradictory info about the how: some say salt for 90 minutes, some say 24+ hours. Some say to water bath process, some say do refrigerator pickling.
Does anyone here have actual experience and a recipe/technique that you can share? Many thanks!
