Freezer is at -10 even though it's set at 4. No matter what I set it at, it is about -10.
Fridge never gets below 40.
I have a Samsung French Door RFG297HDRS.
I put an old school thermometer in the fridge and freezer - the fridge thermostat is set to 38 and the freezer is set to 4.
I had the fridge at 34 and the freezer at 0 previously for several days -- the temps in the unit were no different.
My gut tells me something that should transport cold air up to the fridge isn't happening.
Any ideas?
