Thank you to everyone who responded to my original post where I requesting distractions from my recent fibromyalgia diagnosis. I got so many lovely, loving responses, I am awed!

Sammi (I thiiiink /u/girlfromthebasement?) Thanks so much for the writing card with the Neil Gaiman quotation! Not only did it have a fantastic (and very true) quotation regarding cats and their stubborn demeanor, it also had a BRILLIANT drawing of a cat with a delightful piece of bread on its head. I laughed out loud when I saw this. Also, the Lisa Frank stickers on the envelope reminded me of my childhood obsession with Lisa Frank, which was fabulous.

/u/robusto_esplendido: There was a little kid selling lemonade on the side of our street on Saturday. I thought of your card and it made me smile! Thank you! For reference, the hand made strawberry lemonade TEN TIMES the rate of the cute kid on the card's cost-- 50 cents a cup! It was worth it, though.

/u/atomic_winter: Okay, your postcard was the most recent one I've received, and I seriously started tearing up when I got it. My cats, the ones that I described as Jigglypuff and Meowth, totally hate each other, so I ran in and immediately showed it to my husband and exclaimed, "IT'S LIKE THEY FINALLY LIKE EACH OTHER AND ARE HANGING OUT AS FRIENDS! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!" So yeah, this will probably be on my refrigerator until the end of time.
