Two young adults looking for two roommates for our four bedroom apartment in East Boston. The move-in date would be September 1st. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the Maverick T stop. The apartment is two floors with a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and bathroom downstairs. There are three bedrooms upstairs - two rooms upstairs are available. There is also a backyard with a patio and we have a small garden! Rent is $600. Utilities end up around $36-40 a month. Also, I have a dog so you must be a dog lover!
Looking for people who will clean... up after themselves, do their dishes, and do their share in keeping the apartment clean. Also, people that will be respectful of each others things.
I'm a 23 year old female. I work full-time at a restaurant. I do work some odd hours and will come home late occasionally. If I'm not working, I'm normally with the pup or frolicking around the city. My roommate and I enjoy having movie nights and just hanging out after a long day.
