We have a pretty new Kenmore fridge/freezer, Model 60603. For the past weeks, water puddles have started on the topmost shelf. I googled around a bit, and based on that, I suspect that the puddles are caused by a frozen drain line. Does that sound right? And if so, how do I best fix it? It seems like you have to defrost the whole thing, plus also pour hot water down the drain line. The manual for the fridge is not very informative on what is located where and how I can access the drain tube. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
