I need someone to fill a room for rent starting OCTOBER 1 in my 2BD/2BTH apartment off Fairfax in the Miracle Mile area. VERY close to charming Little Ethiopia restaurant strip. Centrally located in the LA metro area (20 minutes to Downtown and Santa Monica)

$1000 a mo. including utilities for a spacious, private room with its own full bathroom and great closet space.

THE APARTMENT

-Kitchen has oven range and refrigerator

-Spacious communal living area with AC unit

-Hardwood flooring throughout

-Balcony where I keep plants and little string lights to chill and unwind

-2 parking spaces included (Not tandem omg!!)

-Laundry on site

-Quiet, friendly, and safe neighborhood

ME

-27 year old male

-Owns an indoor cat (who is the bomb)

-More of a homebody than a night-on-the-town guy

-Nightowl, creative type

YOU

-Any gender, closer to my age preferred but not necessary

-No pets

-Full time employment

-420 friendly

-MUST BE CLEAN, reliable, easy going and positive :)

FYI: My current roommate can move out mid September if need be.
