Windows look out on the street. It is furnished with single bed, dresser, nightstand, pub table, bookcase and brand-new wing chair This room if for rent to singles only. No married couples, families, home-based business, children or pets please. Single professionals only. This studio is ready for immediate occupancy beginning August 14.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: - Must be currently employed with regular daytime hours or similar. - Two references, one business and one personal required. - One half month's deposit required. Rent can be pro-rated at time of move-in if the move-in does not coincide with the first of the month.

LOCATION: Situated in North Arlington, between Ballston and 7 Corners in an excellent, upscale neighborhood composed of single family, split-level dwellings.
SHOPPING: The house is within a few minutes walking distance of the Willston I and II shopping Centers.
CLOSEST METRO: The closest Metro is the Ballston Metro. To reach Washington, DC , it is advisable to walk the short distance (a few minutes) to Route 50, and cross over to the bus stop. During rush hour express buses come every 8 minutes or so and take you down to the Roslyn Metro, one stop away from Washington, DC.
