Kind of an odd question..
The gym I workout at is basically a refrigerator. They keep it so cold in there I can do cardio for 20 minutes before I even feel sweat beading up. By the end of my workouts I'm exhausted physically but I don't sweat much at all due to the intense AC.
I worked out in a warehouse gym in the past and it was great! Not sure of the benefits of sweating but I think it's generally good for your body as long as you are hydrated?
I live in the southeast US and its 90+ degrees outside daily right now. I've recently been taking my commute home (15-20 mins) with the windows up and no AC. I throw a towel on my seat and let the sweating begin. I'm dripping by the time I get home.
My question is whether or not this is safe while driving? I make sure to keep my hands dry constantly. I am hydrated and feel fine, but unsure of whether I might just randomly pass out or have something odd happen?
