Refrigerator water line + sink faucet issues Plumbing

So, two different problems.

First - there is a leak in my refrigerator's water line and I found it to be inside the fridge behind the vegetable compartment. The leak is just a tiny little break in the hosing, nothing major. Is this an easy fix I should attempt myself with a coupler? Are there any huge mistakes I can make while doing this I should look out for? The fridge is a Frigidaire (PLHS67EGBS1).

Second - my sink faucet recently popped open at the neck.

See: photo.

What is going on here and what I can do to fix this? At first it wasn't leaking at all and superficially wobbled around like a detachable sink head. When turning the water on, it'd pop further up and then sink back down after it was off. Now, however, it's begun to very vaguely leak (see: water stains oh my god).

Thanks for any help guys. I've been putting this off and I'm a bit horrified at any damage that may have occurred. :(
