Hey friends, in this calorie counting way of life, I find it's often hard for me to remember what snacks are good options for me, and that appeal to my incredibly sweet tooth. I love peanut butter, sweets, and dairy; I simply found a way to incorporate those into my CICO diet, and now I'm losing weight without the misery of missing any favorite foods! I have made and printed a list that now hangs on my refrigerator door, so when I'm peckish for a snack, I can quickly see what options I have (and like!) and how many calories they are for quick logging. I figured surely I'm not the only one who struggled to come up with quick snack ideas, and thought I'd share my list. Feel free to copy/steal/edit/print. Happy counting!
