How to get smell out of a refrigerator that was turned off? Appliances

My house has an older (10+ years old) refrigerator/freezer combination, and was left turned off (but plugged in) when I moved in.

It's been a week, and there is still an awful smell coming from seems to be the freezer area. I've bleached it, used vinegar, baking soda and soapy water, but it still smells (though better).

There is not a drip tray underneath the fridge, what can I do to get this smell out? I'm afraid to keep much food in it because of this.
