How to stop leaking from bottom back of GE Refrigerator? DIY

How can I stop the leaking from the bottom back of our GE Refrigerator?

Our refrigerator seems to be leaking from the bottom in the back. We have a GE refrigerator and I've here at http://ift.tt/1EPh82V is a picture of the metal plate inside the fridge with all its info. I've seen a video like this on youtube at https://youtu.be/nins9pRTRbI of someone else with a similar problem & refridgerator to ours. I did try to google some advice on what to do in our situation and I read that a clogged drainage tube is usually the culprit for leaky refrigerators. However I checked the inside very bottom of both the freezer and refrigerator sections, and nothing was wet, like I hear is usually the case. I also can't find the draining hole inside the freezer section where I should be trying to unclog. I've heard that I can help fix it with a hair dryer and an ice pick. I'm such a beginner at these sort of things that I don't know where to start or what to do.

Help! How to stop leaking from bottom back of GE Refrigerator? Thank you.
