I have a Fry Daddy deep fryer but I don't like using it. Can I deep fry in a sauce pan as long as I monitor the temperature or should I use something with a heavier bottom? I'm going to use pure blended oil if that helps. I'm making boneless chicken wings and currently have them in the refrigerator, letting the breading set.
