Building a curing chamber - can one be built for charcuterie AND cheese? Charcuterie

Basically what the title says. I am looking to build a curing chamber out of a refrigerator. However I want to use it for both charcuterie AND cheeses. Can this be done in a single unit? Or am I better building two separate chambers?
