Happy Friday! If you’re anything like me, you’re sitting at your desk, watching the clock and counting down the minutes until you are out of here for the day (I have 166 more). It’s May, the weather is nice, so what are you planning on doing this weekend?
My main goal every weekend is to keep myself as busy as possible so I don’t have time to focus on food, because when boredom hits is when I start thinking about all the wonderful things in my refrigerator that I could be eating right now. So over the past couple of months, I have begun to keep a list of things that I can do to keep me busy and away from the temptation of food and I thought it was high time I share it with you!
