I am looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom 1 bath near Friends University (near Seneca and Maple) in Delano. It's really nice and pretty spacious with a basement for storage and a large privacy fenced yard with ample parking along the side of the house. As well, it has an electric flat top stove, washer and dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators, A/C / heating, shed, and a large cedar back patio area.
About me: I'm 29 year old guy with a full time job. I love to play music and biking. I don't mind having people over or anything, especially for something cool like a dinner party or backyard hang outs. I'm clean but not a neat freak and hope you are too. Over all, I'm very easy-going and am excited to furnish the place and make it a relaxing environment. Also, I'm considering a drum set for the basement, which would be played with respect to your schedule and preferences.
I'm looking for someone who is responsible, relatively drama-free, no kids, and around my age, if possible. The room is $350 with a $400 deposit. The landlord is also charging $400 per person towards the last months rent, which we can negotiate.
