My grandparents lived in this trailer park for 6 years. When my grandfather passed away from a military contracted illness (not compensated at all for it) my grandmother lost a big piece of her income. She always paid her rent by the 5th [due date] (she had no vehicle to get to bank but my mother always helped her) and gave up other company bills to make sure she paid the rent so she atleast had a home.
My Landlord had just became the landlord 2-3 months before eviction. (his wife's dad was the previous owner). He proceeds to evict my grandmother on the 3rd of the month without warning and only reasoning is rent. He avoided speaking to us and when we tried to pay him the rent he said "you are already evicted, i will not take this."
2 weeks into the eviction (about the 20th of the month) the Landlord then proceeds to lock her out of her house with most of her belongings and stole from her (tables, air conditioners (self bought), refrigerator, and other collectible household items.) While still ignoring us, we find him while he's working and acts like he doesn't know anything and that his wife is handling everything. We go to the wife and she says she actually doesn't have a clue about it, and says that her husband always dealt with all the things along the lines of rent and etc.
But we said fuck it and decided it wasn't worth the court case for some ac's and the drama. She then moved in with my mother and her son.
This month, 5/4/17, I had a friend come over to smoke some weed with me (yes i know it is illegal here but you can't go to jail for a gram of weed anymore.) The weed turned out to be synthetic and threw me into a seizure for an hour with around 2 minutes of me actually being dead. EMR revived me and checked my pulse and I was fine. They brought me outside to the ambulance and since i was resuscitated at my home and felt fine just a little of a headrush and hunger, i said i didn't need the ride and they left.
The Landlord comes the next day and says that my house is a known drughouse and that the traffic coming thru "daily" was proof enough. Now i know this sounds all kinds of sketchy. But i'll clear it up a bit. My family is a bunch of hippies. Grew up in the Era where Pot was the fad. We never had more than the legal limit in our home and kept it that way. I am not 100% on the specifics but i think here it is 2 oz's is illegal, but less is a misdemeanor or less when it's in your own home.
About the traffic "daily", I'm 21 years old. I have a select few of friends who also live very close to me so they would always come to see me. (Especially recently since my car is broken.) but these select few of friends have friends that i'm friends with and would carpool with those people making it look like i have alot of traffic but it's actually the same people with maybe 1 or 2 different people each week. We would smoke a joint or two and then sober up and go on with our day/night (meaning everyone would leave and i would resume playing my video games.)
I'm still mid-eviction at the moment, and I don't know if anything he's doing is even Legally possible. PLUS we haven't received a notice of eviction. (he told my family in person while i was mid death that we are to be evicted by the 6th of next month.)
Is he able to do this to my family? Because he's not only ruining my livelihood, but he's hurting my grandmother (possibly will end up in assisted living or sleeping in her returned vehicle), my mother (sleeping in vehicle until pay checks flow in for rent/deposits), and my stepdad (^ with mother but no job cause he's a monkey [not the racist kind, monkey = dumb]) and his way of going thru things seems Dictator-ish.
And Thank you anyone who ends up leveling this for me. should i take this to court, and how do i go about getting all the reciepts and info necessary for proof of everything. (still have eviction notices and i'm sure the Landlord has copies as well)
