Looking for a new Roommate starting June 1!
I live on the beautiful, North side of Chicago in Rogers Park. It's right across the street from the Beach/ParkLake Michigan. It's also two blocks away from the red line (CTA), as well as walking distance from the Rogers Park Metra station. There is plenty of free street parking if you have a vehicle.
I have lived here for over 4 years & love to call it home. Its like living in a luxurious tree house, across the street from the beach! I live on the top floor of a three story building. The apartment has high ceilings, all hardwood floors, and lovely exposed brick. Includes washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, plus all my own kitchen accessories.
You would have your own very spacious bedroom w/ closet. You also have a bathroom across the hall. I have two couches & the place is essentially fully furnished & decorated but feel free to bring some of your own flair!
Rent is $650 a month ($1300) split two ways + utilities (High Speed Internet, Gas, & Electricity roughly an additional $100 a month per person) You will also need to have a $650 security deposit along w/ the first months rent. You may also have to provide your own co-signer, since you would be new on the lease. The lease is for 1 year or we can discuss a 6 month lease..
If you are a Loyola student, you have a convenient 10 minute walk to class.. If you go to Northwestern, your commute would be short! I am extremely clean & do not put up w/ messes or people who can't properly clean up after themselves. I'm very easy to get along with and laid back. I am looking for someone who is clean, reliable, and trustworthy. Let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.
