Part of my PSMing includes wanting to eat the entire contents of the refrigerator. During the other weeks of the month, I can generally control my cravings and keep it calm. But wow that one week a month, I can eat an entire pizza, liter of ice cream, bag of chips and still be hungry.
Any suggestions? Are there food you eat that are healthier and maybe calm down the cravings? Any tips are welcoming!
