So, I'll be bottling my beer this weekend and am about to encounter a heatwave where I live (90 degree weather).
Inside the house, we'll get to 75+ at least and we don't use A/C. Will this gravely affect the beer? What are some ways around this? I thought about putting it in the refrigerator but I think it would be too cold?
I'm also using BSG carbonation tablets. Not sure if this would make a difference as well.
