Afraid of spoiled mealprep MealPrepSunday

Last night I made a simple meal prep salad for 3 days with raw spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onions, and cooked shredded chicken. It is currently sitting in the refrigerator at 7 degrees Celsius. This is my first time mealprepping, and it would suck to come home after work, and find molded chicken or rotten veggies.

Is keeping the fridge at 7 degree Celsius alright to keep it all fresh for 3 days? Or should I lower the temperature? Do some of you keep your mealpreps in the freezer?

I would really appreciate some advice!
