I make a lot of different types of sauces (BBQ, Teriyaki, Sweet Chili, etc), but as a single dad I only use them sparingly. How long will these last in the refrigerator? Also, does storage time vary if I use fresh garlic/onion as opposed to powdered spices?
I searched online, and opinions seem to be between 2 to 3 weeks to 6 months!
