First time buying a fridge; will this fit in my kitchen? HomeImprovement

My space is: http://ift.tt/2kizoIA - 71" from floor to bottom of cabinet, 33" wide, 26" deep.

From the "will it fit" section it says it will fit (just barely). Am I going to have any issues here?

I have a 27" opening to get into my kitchen (tiny weird 120 year old condo).

From what I can tell, and measure, I'm going to be like right in line to fit. There's a wall that sticks out on the left side, but it should still open OK right?
