Help me stock my rarely-used pantry Cooking

I know how to cook, and I do it well. I was a professional for many years. However, I cook rarely at home. I love cooking, but I ain't cleaning up after it unless I'm getting paid to do so. However, I am not blind to the obvious influence a well-prepared dinner has on a date, or to the charm of a homemade breakfast for an overnight guest.

My pantry is perpetually bare, except for convenience food. If I'm expecting a guest, I go and shop beforehand. What I would prefer is to have a reasonably well-stocked pantry, refrigerator, and freezer, so that should an overnight guest materialize without planning, I'm not unprepared.

My thoughts are towards things that have a relatively long shelf life. For example, tubes of prepared herb paste makes a hell of a lot more sense than buying fresh herbs.

What else?

My thoughts so far:

Good Olive Oil

Vegetable or Canola Oil

Apple Cider Vinegar

Red Wine Vinegar

Balsamic Vinegar

Flour

White Sugar

Brown Sugar

Honey

Maple Syrup

Cocoa Powder

Good Butter

Chocolate Chips

Oats

Condiments: Ketchup, Yellow Mustard, Dijon Mustard, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, Sriracha, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Steak Sauce (God help me)

Mayonnaise

Dried Herbs and Spices

Herb Pastes

Pasta

Rice

Breadcrumbs

Peanut Butter

Jellies and Jams

Bread (or breadmaker)

Eggs

Cheese

Chicken Broth

Chicken Stock

Frozen Vegetables

Frozen Fruit

Canned Fruits

Canned Vegetables

Ice Cream

Wine

Frozen Chicken
