I bought a fresh, reintegrated, non-frozen organic/ free-range turkey on Saturday and have been keeping it in my refrigerator since. It is a never frozen bird, it was kept in the chiller at whole foods. I haven't dry-brined it yet (will be doing so tonight). Is the turkey going to be safe to eat on Thursday or have I been keeping it too long in the refrigerator? Sorry for so many question, this is my first year being on Turkey Duty :)
