§ Room: 12'x13' with your own wall to wall mirrored closet, but unfurnished otherwise. There is a queen sized bed with mattress available for an additional cost if you like.
§ Bathroom: You will be sharing bathroom with 1 other person.
§ Kitchen: The kitchen is huge and has standard appliances including stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and refrigerator. You are welcome to cook as long as you clean after yourself, this is a vegetarian household so we prefer if you don't cook meat.
§ Living area: The dining area and living room together offer as much space as you will ever need. We have a large dining table. There is a 65 inch TV too. Woohoo!
§ Laundry: Washer & dryer are in the garage
§ Neighborhood: Residential, quiet and safe.
§ Public transit and strategic access: We are walkable distance from Daly City Bart (5 min). Moreover, the 280 freeway is just a minute away!
§ Parking: You are also welcome to use the garage (holds 1 compact car).
§ Rent: $1,400 (Utilities included: water, trash, PG&E and cable TV/internet)
What we are looking for: The usual parameters - we hope to find someone social, respectful and tidy. We do hang out with each other once in a while at and outside home, but also allow each other the privacy and respect we expect. We are looking for someone who is gainfully employed, and can pay rent and other dues on time.
We are all normal social people, so it's alright if you have folks over, as long as it's not too noisy or intruding. Smoking inside the house is a NO.
In a nutshell, this is a great location and living option if you are looking for a spacious house despite being in a city like SF. Moreover, this will be perfect if you have a car and want to get to freeways easily without paying extra for parking. Public transit access through BART is a complete win! You can get to FiDi in 25 min flat door to door.
