Why don't fridges have duct tubes to remove heat? Lightbulb

You can get "portable" air conditioners which sit on the floor and pump heat out (ideally out a window or into another room) through a tube. Why don't refrigerators have such tubes, so you can route their heat out to where you want it instead of just heating the kitchen and the wall behind the fridge?
