Looking for a roomate. Spacious, inexpensive 4bed/4bath apt, close to campus UIUC

We are three grad students looking to add a fourth student to our lease this August.

We live in a really spacious 4 bed/4bath duplex right off Green St. a few blocks past Lincoln in Urbana--quiet location, yet also very close to campus (about an 8min walk). Our place is fully furnished (got some nice couches, two refrigerators, washer/drier, and each person has his own bathroom).

Rent + utilities comes out to roughly $630/month, give or take $15 depending on fluctuations in the monthly energy bill

We are happy to show you around the place (we're here all summer!)
