Our neighbors have been very quiet in the past two years that we've lived here, and we've never had any problems. The location is fantastic, just blocks from Seibel and the Engineering Quad and a quick 15 min. walk to the Quad. There's a covered bike rack just outside! It's also right near the 13Silver, 10Gold, and 22Illini buslines.
