Hey guys,
Sometimes when I go to school, I leave home very early and take meal-prep with me. Most of the times it contains chicken or tuna. Since I don't have the ability to refrigerate my meal-prep at school so I was wondering if it's save to keep my meal-preps out of the refrigerator for like 5-6 hours and then eat it.
