Good day, unfortunately and I am looking for a place to rent on pretty short notice. I have a slight preference for a house rental over apartment due to loud neighbors.
I am looking for someone with 1-2 bedrooms, anything with at least one bath is fine. Ideally I would like something with a washer/dryer/refrigerator included. Otherwise I am just looking for something in good condition in a relatively safe neighborhood.
I work in deer park and I am looking for something within 30 minutes of there, preferably closer to town around 610, but 45 and 255 would be good too. My budget is around ~$1000, but that's pushing it.
